Managing customer relations through responding to customer queries, diagnosing and resolving issues with orders; identifying trends and building cases to report to the relevant teams. I pitched marketing strategies and ideas to management in order to further increase our online brand awareness. I introduced processes for tracking sale order status and courier claims, as well as, creating images and SEO effective copy for product listings across multiple E-Commerce platforms (including Amazon and Etsy). Additionally, I utilise database management software (such as Sage and Linnworks) to manage orders, stock and customer invoices as required.
July 2021 - August 2021
While running the customer service, often singlehandedly, in a friendly and approachable manner; I took bookings and payment over the phone, distributed equipment, served food and drink. I was responsible for the smooth operation of the business and advised on marketing ideas to improve the awareness of the business.

Our content included: 3D animated paintings, Augmented Reality Instagram filters, a Virtual Reality Gallery and consistently branded Instagram posters.

During my spare time, I visited a Google Digital Garage where I attended a useful course containing ideas and techniques, as well as group discussion. Through this, I gained a deeper understanding of ways in which to post to social media with the intention of increasing growth and publicity.
2017
Completed the Young Enterprise award scheme in which my team achieved Best Product award and Company of the Year at the Young Enterprise Sussex Finals. As the IT manager I developed marketing strategies, ran social media accounts and sold products online and directly to the customer at sales events.
June 2019
I was asked to enhance the Depop page of a street clothes retailer in order to make it look more professional with a view to increasing sales. The existing page consisted of poorly taken photos of the garments on a variety of backgrounds which were underselling them. I provided my client with a small green screen on which to place the items when taking the photos as well as advising on how to “light” them. They were then submitted to me for post-production which involved applying a consistent, non-intrusive background and as well as other changes which would enhance their look.
I was thrilled to have received a First Class Honours Degree in Digital Media BSc (Hons) from the University of Portsmouth.
After using various template website builders such as Wix.com and Tumblr, I decided it was time to create my own website from a HTML template which I customised and changed to suit the purpose of being my portfolio.
I completely redesigned the Jumping Beanz website
to give it a more modern and professional look. I created it from scratch using simple HTML, CSS and Javascript.
I also adapted the existing logo for Jumping Beanz, an after school physical
activities club, into logos for three new clubs being introduced under the ”Beanz” banner. I
recommended the names of the new clubs and created logos to reflect their activities whilst
retaining consistency in the branding. The logos are used for advertising and merchandising.
Whilst at BHASVIC 6th Form College in Brighton, I co-led a group of 15 students taking part in the Young Enterprise Schema. Our remit was to create, design, brand and run a business. We decided to market and sell adjustable tripods and attachable lenses which could be attached to most smartphones, providing different optical effects when taking photos. My role was IT manager and involved creating the web site (including the logo) as well as running the various social media accounts including the Optec Instagram account. Our group won the Best Product and Company of the Year in the local area finals and we also made a profit!
